In accordance with the Alameda County Health Office, Moeller Bros. Body Shop, Inc is considered an “Essential Business” and is currently open.
CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEE CARE
At this time, in order to protect our valued customers and employees, we are asking that all estimate appointments, drop-offs for repairs, and pickups are scheduled if possible. We are asking that no more than two customers be in the office at a time. Please call our office to arrange an appointment today. If you require additional accommodation please speak with one of our estimators about contactless drop off, electronic repair orders, etc.
CLEANING/SANITIZING PRACTICES
While we have always strived to maintain a clean facility, detail and return customers cars looking good as new. We have stepped up our efforts in accordance with the CDC guidelines and are implementing additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures. We are disinfecting all office equipment, doors, pens and any and all surfaces that are touched. We have implemented a new protocol in the shop facility as well, along with the cleaning vehicles and car keys. We will continue to adapt and implement new policies and procedures as they are given by the CDC.
