My story with Moeller Bros begins on April 30, 2009 when I side swiped a guardrail at 80mph in my 2008 Audi A5. I called Audi at the scene of the accident to ask for a recommendation and was very dissatisfied with the horrific body shop (Not Moeller Bros) that was recommended. I was trying to sort out where I would take my twisted mess of a car when the tow truck driver piped in..."I Know a shop...." I reluctantly took his advice to take my car to this small shop I had never heard of before (Moeller Bros). To be perfectly honest, I am extremely anal about where I take my car and I had my serious doubts that this unknown shop (Moeller Bros) could live up to my expectations.
Most of my concerns were put to an immediate halt the moment I arrived at Moeller Bros. I was greeted more like a long lost family member than simply a customer. Chris immediately called a rental car company to pick me up and asked if I needed to go to the hospital. I had tons of questions, one of the most important being "How do I the insurance company is not going to cut corners making my car a fixed piece of junk." Chris assured me that he would not do anything to my car that he would not do to his own. He even went farther to say that if the insurance company tried to do something underhanded that he would have them pick the car up and explain to me why his shop did not want part of the repair. This eased my mind, at least for the time being. I showed up, unexpected several times during the 6 weeks it took to repair it and was greeted each time with open arms and taken right over to see what they were doing to my car. The reason it took six weeks was because the repair was very extensive with a bill of over $26,000.00. I still had my doubts that this car was going to be finished to my high standards.
Upon completion, I went over my car with a fine toothed comb and to my complete and utter surprise; I could not find a single trace that the car had ever been in an accident. All of the tell-tale signs, like overspray, missing stickers, etc were non-existent. I will re-iterate, I am super picky and I found nothing to complain about. I had a couple of super small things for them to look at afterwards and they were handled with no complaint. The paint match is phenomenal, the quality and workmanship is outstanding, I repeat, I found NOTHING to complain about.

WOW! Thank you for doing such a fantastic job on my Suburban. Who would have thought a golf cart could do so much damage. When my car got side swiped my insurance place recommended Moeller bros. among others, however the reason I picked them was because I recognized the name and knew right where they were located the Bright yellow flames is what got me. My experience was awesome! I dropped my car off didn't wait long or have to fill out a bunch of paper work. They told me when it should be ready and it was ready when they said. When I picked up my car it looked brand new, not just the paint, but they detail cleaned the inside. she hasn't been that clean since the day I drove her off the lot.

I have been going to Moeller Bros since my parents use to go there when I was in high school in the 1990's. Pat and Chris are extremely helpful and have even gone the extra mile to help me try to rub out any markings or scratches on my car which eventually ended up in me canceling my claim, saving me money. My parents use to use this auto body shop and I have been using them for over 15 years if I ever have a problem. They are professional and polite and the quality of work is great! I have had no problems at all with this company and I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family.
